I heard her a num...Thanks for remembering her, Ed. I heard her a number of times at a small New York jazz club, Fat Tuesday's, now defunct. She was an exraordinary talent and not just as a singer. She won an O. Henry Award for a short story. <BR/>If you like McCorkle, you might also try another singer who does both jazz and cabaret, Wesla Whitfield, who is based in San Francisco, but does tour.
