Because of health problems I won't be blogging for awhile. Not sure when I'll be back but I thank everybody who's tuned in all these years. I've had a great time and hope you have too.
Thanks for writing in your blog for all these years and for all the great novels, short stories, and articles. I hope things turn out well for you and we see you back soon.
Best wishes to you and yours. I sincerely hope your health issues will soon be stabilized and that you will be back blogging. In any event, please know that a lot of people are keeping you in their thoughts and prayers.
I'm very sorry to hear this. You have my best wishes for a speedy recovery and return. And thanks a million for one of the best blogs around, as well as all those excellent books.
Great novelist and short story writer, and even greater friend. The gold standard of blogging, too. Hang in there and beat the beast back into the cave. I love you, Ed.
That's sad news Ed. You have been a guiding light. I wish you all the strength to fight back and give us the pleasures of your daily presence some time again soon. Michael
Ed ~ I'm keeping your blog pinned to my "app bar" (or whatever the hell it's called) and will be checking it every day in the hope you'll be back sooner than you now think you will. Meanwhile my thoughts and best wishes are heading up Iowa way and will be every day. May your recovery be swift.
I hate to hear this, and not just because your blog is one I read regularly. While we've never met, I've read enough of your work to have a great respect for you as a person. Get healthy and take care of yourself. You'll be missed while you're gone.
What everyone else has said, Ed. The world would be poorer for no further Ed Gorman posts and observations. May all things swing your way and stay that way, and pdq...
I wish you the best. You're one of the very few writers who are completely reliable; I know if I'm picking up an Ed Gorman piece, I'm going to get quality. I hope you get well soon.
Best wishes for better health soon, Ed. Looking forward to seeing you and your blog up and around again very soon. In the meantime, I'll dip into one of your many wonderful short-story collections, always great reminders of just how compelling fiction can be.
Seems like my first comment disappeared so may I say again, you are an integral part of our lives and we will miss you while you are away and wait eagerly for your return. Hope it's a fast one.
